Juan said the only thing he could do was take me off the renewal list. I paid $202.49 for a service that I did not use. I spoke with a gentleman named Juan on December **** who told me that after 30 days of the use of the subscription “I purchased” there would be no refund. He never used it and I have logged in 1 time after I called to have them reset a password. I thought I would see if it would be of value for my son, who is looking to improve his understanding of the stock market and investing. The service it offers are comparable to Seeking Alpha and Motley Fool. Real Money is not the only subscription service that provides market analysis on an underlying stock. So basically, what you’re getting is the articles written by the various contributors. The service doesn’t have any ancillary tool that subscribers can use in their trading so heavily. Real Money is spearheaded by Jim Cramer and other reputable traders like James Deporre, Bruce Kamich and a lot more.
